Module::Associates

The associates module allows you to keep track of everyone you come into contact with, including Prospects, Customers, Vendors, and Empolyees. Each associate can have multiple types such as a vendor who is also a customer. This helps to avoid double entry for these kinds of associates. Detailed contact information regarding each associates can help you make educated marketing plans. Information stored in this module, such as customer vehicle information, is instantly available to all other modules so that when the custom comes back to the service department their information will already be there. In addition, integration with the associate followup module can be used for sending of service reminders, thank you letters, and more! The module also sports an intelligent automatic detection and correction logic that eliminates duplicate entries of associates.
